Request for Access Permissions to Alpha Studio and Neutrinos Studio SSD

Hi @Sam,

I have two things I need your help with.
First, I can’t log in to Alpha Studio using the email trivd4@fpt.com because it says I don’t have permission to access it.
Second, I need to be granted permission to download Neutrinos Studio SSD from http://console.neutrinos.co/

Could you please help me with these? Thanks a lot!

My NodeJS version v16.20.2.

Error while opening SSD - Community / Training, Academy & Certifications - Neutrinos

Hi @Sam , I have followed all methods you suggested, but issue still persists. It might be that my error is different from the one mentioned in Error while opening SSD - #7 by Vivek . Additionally, my computer is using a proxy—I’m not sure if that affects anything.

Could you please reinstall Node.js with a version between 20 and 21, and then try again?

Hi @Sam ,
I have installed node-v20.20.0-x64 and node-v21.7.3-x64, but the error still persists.

did you delete this folder C Folder → Users -->. Your Username → .neutrinos
and restarted, could you share that folder image??

Hi @Sam ,
I have deleted the folder C:\Users\longpt32.neutrinos and restarted my computer after installing NodeJS, but it still doesn’t work.
