Error while opening SSD

Hi @Simphiwe after restarting the system, it worked. But when I opened a new window, error occurred again so i closed everything and reopened it, and now I’m getting the same error

Can you try again, the ids(ids.neutrinos.co) seems to be running fine.

Hi @Vivek , Please check if you have the correct Nodejs, python and Npm version in your laptop.
node version 16.16.0 works fine mostly.

Hello @Vivek ,
Try deleting the .neutrinos folder and then reopen the Studio.
You can find the folder under:
C:\Users.neutrinos

Check the issue persist or not
