Unable to see the case created using curl in Alpha assignment

I have created the case using the curl for the alpha assignment. But the case is not reflected in group task of case manager.
@Eldho @Paul_Thomas

I am also facing the same issue

@adarshks @Anjups let me check

The console shows the error: ‘No groups for the user.’ I think we have not been added to any groups.

@Paul_Thomas can you help

Hi Anjups,

Can you please check if the group is part of your_username? If it is not, you need to add that group to your_username.

How to check if the group is part of your_username

  1. Redirect to the Alpha Admin portal.
  2. Click Users → Search for your_username → Click Edit Menu → Click Add Users to Groups.
  3. Verify that the respective group is selected.
  4. If the group is not selected, please select it and update.
