I tried logging into the Neutrinos Reels application using my official email (suraj.neelagar@digitide.com), but I am getting the message “Invalid Credentials. Please try again or select valid login option.”
It seems that I may not have access to this application yet. Could you please check and provide the required access or let me know if any additional steps are needed from my side?
@NashitaAfrah I believe this user has not been onboarded in IDS. Could you please raise a ticket with the IT team to onboard this user and let me know once it is done?
