Hi @Sam change the BPM version you mean it change in this step right?
No, this can be done directly from the BPM. You can go to your project settings and you can change the version from there, and within the flow properties you will find the version option. Please update it to the next version, then try creating the process definition and case definition in the main branch, and proceed to create the case in the main branch as well.
Hi @Sam I switch version of BPM and branch main like you tell me but it still return 500 and error message like img below here.
If I using same branch in url from swagger then I create case instance success so am I need move to main branch or not?
Did you fetch the process definition from the BPM service and onboard both the process definition and case definition with the new version?
Yes I have, cause after I called api https://alpha-pt.neutrinos-apps.com/caseservice/case/definition/create it still return duplicate key value so I tried to calling api https://alpha-pt.neutrinos-apps.com/caseservice/case/definition/update but it return message that can find my case definition for my caseType.
Could you please create a small flow and try the same approach? This will help confirm whether the issue is from the platform side. If the new flow also throws an error, then the team will need to work on it
