Need Help: IDS Login Access Issue with Neutrinos SSD Assignment

I’m currently working on the Neutrinos SSD Assignment and have encountered a blocker that I need help with.
What’s working:
What’s working:- My Neutrinos credentials are valid and working perfectly fine with both:
- Sandbox URL: https://sandbox-ids.neutrinos-apps.com/interaction/KTwsSVl2YnFDBEjfzdpdt
- Neutrinos Desktop App
What’s not working:
What’s not working:- When I try to log into IDS using the same credentials for the SSD Assignment, I receive this error message:
“You do not have access to ssd-assignment. Please contact your Organisation Admin to provide access”
What I’ve tried:
What I’ve tried:- Double-checked the credentials.
- Confirmed everything works on the sandbox.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve it? Would really appreciate any guidance on how to proceed or whom to contact for access configuration.
