This guide will walk you through the process of submitting a feature request or improvement in the Neutrinos Platform using the provided portal interface.

Step 1: Request access to the Portal By Sending Mail

Subject: Request for Access to Neutrinos Platform Support Portal

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request access to the Neutrinos Support Portal at the following URL:

Could you kindly assist me in gaining access? If there are any specific steps or credentials required, please let me know.

Step 2: Access the Portal

  1. Open the portal URL: https://jatahworx.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11.

  2. Logging in for submitting request

  3. Log in with your mail account

  4. After successful login you will be redirected to the below webpage

  5. Options Available: Four main categories are displayed to guide users in selecting the appropriate type of request:

    • Improvement: Suggest enhancements to existing features of the Neutrinos Platform.
    • Bug Report: A form for reporting bugs in the system or application.
    • New Feature: A dedicated option for requesting the development of new features in the platform.
    • Technical Support: For seeking assistance with installation, configuration, or troubleshooting.

Step 3: Select the type of support or request you need assistance with.

Step 5: Submit the Request

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy.
  2. Click Send to submit your feature request or improvement.
  3. After submitting you’ll be able to see the below interface with data you provided
