In the BPM Sandbox environment, all previously deployed applications have stopped and are not restarting. Because of this, existing cases in Alpha cannot be accessed.
We verified that this is not limited to our project — all projects in the BPM Sandbox appear to be down.
Additional observation:
New deployments are working fine, So is the new cases
However, old cases cannot be opened, as the earlier deployments are unavailable
Access to old deployments is required to retrieve and work on existing cases
Currently client is trying to access old cases which is not accessible because of this
Could you please check and restore the previous deployments in the Sandbox BPM environment or advise on the next steps?

If you can access the project files corresponding to the old snapshot version of the project, you can redeploy.
If you have overwritten the prject files (by not maintaining different branches for the project), it is not possible to do so.
If you want the previous version, you will need to create a different branch for the project, make the relevant changes for version 1.2.53 in that branch and deploy.

I do have previous versions of the project. If i redeploy those versions will the latest version be affected?.
Also please advice on how to redeploy those previous version
