I’m currently testing email functionality and I’m not able to trigger emails in BPM flow.
I update the case data and trigger case decision for undewriting and approval. Case is progressing through tasks, but I’m not receiving any email after reviewer approval.
The email sending functionality has already been configured in the BPM flow. When the case status is marked as approved, the email will be triggered automatically. The reason you are not receiving the email is due to an issue within the BPM flow. I have informed the team, and they will be rectifying it
Upon checking the email configuration, we found that the application responsible for sending emails has been undeployed and is no longer available. To enable email functionality again, we would need to recreate and redeploy the application, which we plan to do later.
If your two human tasks are completed and no cases are appearing in your “My Tasks” section, it indicates that your assignment is almost complete.
