Unable to Access SSD Tool – Subscription Issue

I am currently facing an issue while trying to access the SSD tool. The login error states: “Your subscription to the Neutrinos Platform has expired or your organisation has been disabled”.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this.
