I am writing to inform you that although I have received my Neutrinos Console credentials and can log in successfully, I am currently unable to access the required platforms/entities needed to complete my Masterclass assignments.
While the console is accessible, none of the available options seem to be functional for progressing with the assignment. Due to this issue, I have not been able to complete the Masterclass tasks.
I kindly request you to please check my account access and enable the necessary platforms or entities required for the Masterclass. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side.
