I tried logging into the Neutrinos Reels application using my official email (mohammad.mujawar@digitide.com), but I am getting the message “Invalid Credentials. Please try again or select valid login option.”
It seems that I may not have access to this application yet. Could you please check and provide the required access or let me know if any additional steps are needed from my side?

Can let us know in which environment you are trying to working on and can you check any onboarding mail that you have received??

I am trying to work on REELS platform. I did not receive onboarding email for application access, only for certifications. I did get access to ALPHA platform (using temporary password, I reset password and it worked), But for REELS, i am not able to generate temporary password. Basically not receiving email to reset password.
