I am unable to log in to my sandbox account because my temporary password has expired. When I tried to reset my password, I got the message:
“Password reset email has already been sent for this session.”
However, I have not received any password reset email. I have checked my spam/junk folder as well. Could you please assist me in resetting my password or issuing a new one?
@doomedCode I received a temporary password after resetting it, but I am unable to log in as it says ‘Account has been blocked due to too many invalid attempts.’ It is asking me to reset again.
