Task allocation in alpha

How we can do task allocation in alpha. In the academy it shows calling an api for allocating the task and when i tried that it wasn’t working. Then @Sam allotted the task for me. How can i allocate the task automatically and when the underwriter approve it i want to allocate the task to the reviewer page how can i do that also ??

Hello @Aswin ,
You can try this,

  1. When you create your case, it will appear in the group tasks.
  2. Select your case and click Reassign.
  3. You’ll see a Reassign to User button—click it.
  4. Search for your email and assign the case to yourself.

Hi @Aswin, You can’t re-assign tasks from cm UI but only in admin.

So you need to login to alpha admin and re-assign a task there.

Hello @Aswin ,
If you approve the underwriter, the case will disappear from My Tasks. It will then appear in the Group Tasks under the Reviewer or Approval group. From there, you can perform the reviewer operations on that case.
