Since yesterday, I have been trying to access the SSD, but it keeps showing that the password is incorrect. I clicked on ‘Forgot Password,’ and it prompted me with a message, but I did not receive any response, even after 60 minutes. I am completely stuck now.

Could you please help me with Neutrinos Studio access.
I was able to access it before but now i can’t and I tried resetting the password, however I haven’t received the reset email even checked spams and been checking my mailbox for some time now.
