Sandbox access issues

Hello,

I need help &/ guidance with sandbox (https://sandbox.neutrinos-apps.com/) access.

User: shivaprasadk@cruxdigitalin.com

Browser: Chrome Version 139.0.7258.156 (Official Build) (arm64)

Laptop/Machine Used: Macbook Air M1

  1. Workflow Studio – Logs in. But gives only Blank Screen

2.BPBM() – login screen appears. On entering credentials I get message: Login failed: Not Authorized

  1. AI HUB () – login screen appears; as soon as credential entered, I get a message “invalid Credentials! Please try again or select a valid login option”

  2. workbench– seems to login; but blank screen appears

  3. Trinity – Login screen appears; I get message “you do not have access to Trinity. Please contact your Organisation Admin to provide access”

6.Business Insights (I think same as Trinity) -same state as mentioned in 5

  1. CMS – strapi login screen appears; but access rejected with message – “invalid credentials”

  2. DMS – Alfresco login screen appears. Login attempt fails with message – “Your authentication details haven’t been recognized or Alfresco Content Services may not be available at this time.”

  3. SSD- browser tries to open application in my laptop. It doesn’t open (I suspect the .dmg file I have may have issues)

Any help on this is appreciated.

Hello @ShivW ,
Please let me know if you receive any email.
If you don’t receive it, try logging in to Alpha and use the Forgot Password option to reset your access.
For SSD, @Eldho Could you tell me the organization?

Please check your email — you should have received the Studio credentials.

Hi Sam,
I do not see any email containing studio credentials in my email box yet.

Could you please try logging in and use the ‘Forgot Password’ option to check if it is working?
