POC Insight: End-to-End AI-Driven Medical Document Processing with AIHUB

Excited to share a POC I recently built for Generali Thailand

This solution focuses on automating end-to-end medical document processing using the Neutrinos Alpha Platform for UI, SSD for backend services, AIHUB for AI-driven capabilities, and Trinity for deployment.

How it works:

:envelope_with_arrow: The journey begins when users send medical documents via email. An Outlook webhook captures the event and automatically triggers case creation in the system.

:robot: With AIHUB, documents are intelligently classified into categories such as UW Notes, ECG Reports, Medical Forms, and Lab Reports.

:open_file_folder: Once classified, documents are securely stored in DMS and routed for further processing.

:magnifying_glass_tilted_left: AIHUB then performs smart data extraction based on document type, transforming unstructured medical data into meaningful structured insights.

:bar_chart: The extracted data is further utilized to generate health trends, enabling faster, data-driven underwriting decisions.

This POC showcases how AI-powered automation and event-driven design can simplify complex document workflows, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

A great example of how AI can bring real impact to insurance and healthcare processes.
