Not able to access BPM sandbox

Hi,

I’m not able to access BPM sandbox. I think it’s needed to finish Alpha Masterclass.

Hi @Bartek,

To complete Alpha masterclass you don’t need to create a JBPM process at all it is already created for you.
You can download the jbpm process from the alpha masterclass guide will provide a link to it below, you can also follow the steps to upload it to alpha from the guide.

I’m able to complete it, but I don’t see any logs / error logs (if they are available in BPM)

Where do you need to see errors ??

For example, I’m not aware why i’m not receiving emails. I know that there’s a BPM issue, but can’t see anything.

@Bartek,

Can you confirm if the decision was reject for Underwritter or reviewer.
Can you also share the cid number on the chat.

As you can see from the image above, the comms are send if the decision wasn’t approve.

I know. There’s some issue in BPM Alpha masterclass emails - #2 by Aswin

I’m just saying in general that if I wouldn’t ask a question here, I wouldn’t be able to debug it

Okay the Comms for the alpha_training process is being looked at.
Will let you know once it has been resolved.
