I am currently experiencing an issue while attempting to log in to my Neutrinos Sandbox account for Reels . Despite resetting my password using the “Forgot Password” option, I have not received any password reset emails.

I’m following up regarding my Neutrinos Reels account login issue, as I still haven’t received any password reset emails or the valid login credentials.
Have you received any login credentials from the Neutrinos side?
I have not received any password reset emails and I am using the same credentials I shared in the above image.
Could you please check with Nashita whether you have been onboarded to the platform? If you have been onboarded, you should have received a welcome email with your credentials. If not, it likely means the onboarding is still pending.

Thank you for your response. I got the welcome mail from the neutrinos academy. But I’m unable to access to sandbox for reels, alpha, SSD.
Have you received the credentials in the welcome email or any other email regarding the credentials?
No I haven’t received.
That’s why you need to get onboarded to the platform first. Please check with Nashitha regarding the onboarding process.
