I’m currently not able to load any cases in Enquiry due to 500 errors.

It was loading for a second, but again when I approved, it’s not loading.
Maybe my approval form is breaking enquiry? Maybe I’m incorrectly setting up data?

Can you show how you are changing the case status ?
Could you please check if you’re able to see any cases on your end, especially the newly created cases?
