Doubt related on users

we need to allocate the task for underwriters and reviewers right! so where i will add users? iam not seeing any option to add users as showing in the tutorials? or do we actually need users?

If you want to add users, you must have admin access, as admins are responsible for creating users, groups, and related configurations.
In your case, you need to be added to the required groups. Once you are added, you will be able to see all cases created under those groups, including the ones you created. You can view these cases in Group Tasks, provided you are part of the group

currently i have no admin access.currently iam doing the alpha assignment (in training ).in case 3 they are mentioning my task and group task right and also allocating the task to already added users so how do i do that without creating users ?

You should first configure My Task and Group Task in your project. In the configuration section, there is an Inbox option where you can set up everything you need.

After that, when you go to the Case Manager, you will be able to view My Task and Group Task. All cases for a particular group will be listed under Group Task — but for that, you must be added to the respective groups.

So, you don’t need to add users yourself; instead, you just need to be added to the relevant group.
