Doubt on alpha inboxes

my inbox is always showing empty in admin side even after creating the cases successfully.why that happening?i tried refreshing and all but still inbox is empty.how to fix this?

What caseType did you use when creating your project in the sandbox?
Please make sure the caseType is set to alpha_training; otherwise, you will not see any cases.
