Decision Table Rule Action dropdown is not disappearing/closing after adding a new row

Hi Team, I come across the below UI issue,
when I tried adding a new row in decision table rule, Action drop down is not disappearing after adding a new row.

I am able to reproduce this issue again,
Steps to Reproduce:
1)Open decision table rule
2)Click the 3dot menu in action column and select add row below.
3)It is adding new row but dropdown is not closing.

We are analysing the issue, but so far we have not been able to reproduce the bug. At this point, we suspect that it might be related to a browser-specific problem.

Hi All, i am facing the same issue where popup modal is not fading and keeps on displaying even after navigating to a new tab. Attaching the images for reference.
