D&D portal created for seamless planning and designing using Neutrinos Studio(SSD)

The WOC (Wings of change) team developed the D&D portal application using the Neutrinos platform and Strapi.

What does this application do?

This application helps facilitators organise workshops and sessions using various tools that are designed in the application. The tools will help the facilitator design and plan out these sessions effficiently.

there are three users of the application.

  1. Mastercoach
  2. Facilitator
  3. Audience

MASTERCOACH
The Mastercoach creates Templates. A template in this application consists of questions created by the Mastercoach for the audience to answer during the presentation. The Mastercoach also can create documents. a document consists of images that can be used by the facilitator to attach on an agender.

FACILITATOR
The facilitator can create an agender for the day using blocks. each block consists of the following:

  1. the time at which that particular agender shoulder start
  2. an indicator that represents what that block is about.
  3. a person(s) who will be the one presenting that agender to the audience
  4. an image to be shown to the audience in relation to that block
  5. a template can be attached to that block to show all the questions linked to that block for the audience to answer

AUDIENCE
The audience only get to see the final product of the presentation and answer the questions set by the Mastercoach and presented by the facilitator. The audience will scan a QR-code that will link them to application to answer the questions. The answer will be grabbed and stored in the database for the analysis section on the facilitator.

I’m so proud to have been part of the WOC (Wings of Change) team in developing the D&D Portal application using Neutrinos Studio and Strapi. Neutrinos truly made our development process more efficient. The platform’s flexbox layout support allowed us to quickly align components and ensure that the app was fully responsive across devices, something that was crucial for the application’s user experience.

Creating reusable generic components with Neutrinos Studio helped us maintain consistency while saving time. The drag-and-drop functionality and data sharing between the re-useable components via input and output was incredibly intuitive, and allowed us to focus on the functionality rather than getting overwhelmed by code. This approach streamlined our workflow and allowed us to deliver a high-quality application within a tight timeline.

Seeing how the Mastercoach, Facilitator, and Audience interact with the tools we built, from templates to QR-code based responses, truly shows how the collaboration and efficient tools like Neutrinos Studio enabled us to bring this vision to life. It’s exciting to see how the app is being used and how it’s helping facilitators organize and execute their workshops so smoothly.
