Create task in Alpha preview

I am currently performing Alpha masterclass:

Do you know if I need to configure anything to see new tasks in my Alpha preview? I successfully created a case using the provided URL and configured the workflow in Reels to determine STP, but nothing appears in my preview.

Hello @pawelkarwat ,
You can navigate to the Group Tasks section. If the configuration is correct, the task should appear there. From there, you can assign the task to yourself and proceed with the remaining steps.

I see a new case number in My Group, but there are no tasks inside. Do you know where the configuration should be updated or checked?

Currently the counter is zero, but still tasks are not appearing after creating new cases.

It looks like you haven’t been added to the respective group yet. I’ll add you to the appropriate group and then check on this.
