Hi @Kaushik,

Can you please check if you are part of the group that you added in the task you created in BPM?

Note:

• If you are part of the group, you will be able to see it in the Group Task.
• If you create a new task, it will not appear in My Task; instead, it will show up in the Admin Inbox. If you reassign the task to your name, then you will be able to see it in My Task.

here i create two case (cid 9351 and 9352) this task not showing my task and group task also i check in admin panel there also not showing.

this same data pass in postman that time case created and listing in my group task or my task

?) Now it is showing a token error. Do I need to resolve this, or is it okay to proceed?

Hi @kaushik,

You can delete the authorization header and confirm if your token hasn’t expired.
Then you should be good to go.
