Can not access alpha on sanbox environment

When exactly does this issue occur? Does it happen right when you try to log in, or after the redirect? Also, when did you first start noticing this problem? Could you please try logging in using an incognito window and let me know if the issue still persists?

I try to access this link : https://sandbox.neutrinos-apps.com/studio, but now it works fine. I don’t know why it occur that error.
