Unable to login to access sandbox for reels

hi team am unable to login to access sandbox of reels.I got credentials today.I tried giving forget password but did’nt get any reset lik mail.Can anyone help me with this.

@keerthana Please use the password shared it with you don’t create or reset the password

Hi, Eldho I did follow the steps n used the password which was shared but it is saying incorrect password .can u help me in resolving this issue
