# Trinity Deployment Issue

Hai @Sam @_Karthik_Kodeer @shas
After deployment, I am facing an issue while accessing the application.
Swagger is displaying the attached error, and the direct URL is also not working in Postman.
Could you please help me identify the cause and guide me on the next steps?
Apart from the documentation and Academy videos, are there any specific troubleshooting steps I should follow to resolve this issue?

Hi Team,
Both applications (`loan-application` and `loan-management-db`) have been deployed successfully and are in the **Running** state.
Trinity generated these URLs:
- `https://loanflow.neutrinos-apps.com/loan-management`
- `https://loandb.neutrinos-apps.com/loan-management-db`
However, both return `ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED`.
Could you please verify:
1. Whether the DNS records for these subdomains have been created.
2. Whether the Ingress is configured correctly.
3. Whether the project domain is properly linked to the runtime environment.

but this service is not Woking `https://loandb.neutrinos-apps.com/loan-management-db`

Hi @Sam,
I’m also facing a similar issue with my deployed services, **healtinsurancebackend** and **healtinsurancedbservice**.
Both are showing as **Running** , but the following URLs return **ERR\_NAME\_NOT\_RESOLVED** :
- [https://backend.neutrinos-apps.com/api](https://backend.neutrinos-apps.com/api)
- [https://dbservice.neutrinos-apps.com/api](https://dbservice.neutrinos-apps.com/api)
Could you please check these as well?
Also, the **DB service keeps failing again after a few minutes**. Is there any way to debug or check the logs for the actual cause? It’s working fine locally, but adding console logs, pushing the code, and redeploying takes a lot of time, so it’s difficult to debug this way.

hi @Sam , @shas @Hariharan_J @NashitaAfrah
For both the UI and API, the deployment is continuously getting aborted. Currently, it has been stuck in the loading state for more than 40 minutes without showing any logs. We are unable to deploy both the UI and API. Please refer to the attached screenshots and help us resolve this issue as soon as possible, as we have our POC demo today.

@vainannu The 1st build was aborted because the agent went offline. The 17th build is still in progress, and the agent is online this time. We’ll wait for it to complete and check whether the build succeeds.
