Yesterday, the automatic task allocation process was working. However, since last night, there seems to be an error preventing task allocation to Users in the Group (Inside group only has 1 person is “thinhat@fpt.com“), even though Round Robin has been set up.
Is it issue or is there any config the cron job to start task allocation process in the system?
Please you help me check this issue?
