Sandbox: Unable to open Business Process Manager (Alpha) – Getting 504 Error

In the Sandbox environment, I’m unable to open the Business Process Manager (Alpha). It consistently shows a 504 Gateway Timeout error.

Could you please check and advise on this issue?

There are some issues with BPM service and Case service. Neutrinos support team is working on it.
