We checked your username in the Sandbox database and could not find any record of it. It appears that you have not been onboarded to the Sandbox environment.
If your requirement is for practice, we recommend using the Alpha-PT environment instead.
If you specifically need access to the Sandbox environment, please let us know and we can assist you with the onboarding process.
