Now i uploaded Bpm and i triggered the curl api for creating case type now how can i add users for allocating the task? in tool iam not seeing any option like users that showing in the tutorial

Users should be visible in the Admin Panel. Once you upload the BPM, you can create the appropriate pages based on the tasks defined in your project. After that, you can proceed to create the case and continue with the remaining steps.
