[Reels] Master Data stuck in "Processing" after Excel upload – columns not appearing

I’m working on a POC using Neutrinos Reels and I’m having an issue with Master Data port.

What I’m doing:
Creating a new Master Data table and uploading an .xlsx file with data (headers in row 1, data in subsequent rows, sheet named accordingly).

The problem:
After uploading the file, the Master Data status stays permanently on “Processing” and never completes. As a result, no columns are visible in the table, which also makes it impossible to configure Query/Output fields in Reels Workflow nodes – the Column dropdown is empty.

Impact:
Cannot build Reels Workflows that depend on Master Data lookups.

Environment:

  • Module: Neutrinos Reels
  • Action: Master Data → New → Upload Excel file
  • Status: stuck on “Processing” indefinitely

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a known fix or workaround?

It seems like multiple people in our team are hitting the same issue today, so it might be a platform-level problem.

Could you share the excel file ,so we can try to replicate the issue in reels environment as well

When I want to attach the excel file I’m getting “Sorry, new users can not upload attachments.”, this is basic excel file with 4 columns.

Also, I tried uploading the Excel files provided in the Reels masterclass and the same issue occurs there as well.

Can you please try to attach it in the chat?
