I am undergoing Alpha training. When following the videos related to page configurations, in workbench we need some tasks to be allocated in inbox, so that we can preview the pages which we edit in studio. Currently my inbox is empty. Is it only admin can assign tasks to users or we can do task allocation through APIs? Please guide me regarding this.

As part of the onboarding process, you should have gotten the clientid and secret to be able to call the create case API. And, your user should be part of the Underwriter group as well.
To see which user you are part of, you can inspect and check the response of the /group-info API. If you are not let us know.
