I am able to access Reels. But not Alpha.

Hey @anirbanm , To help troubleshoot, can you clarify:

  1. Can you log in to Alpha, but can’t access a specific project? (e.g., error msg after login)
  2. Or, are you having trouble logging into Alpha itself? (e.g., login errors)

Screenshots would be super helpful:

  • If you CAN log in, but project access fails:

  • If you CAN’T log in:

Can you check https://sandbox.neutrinos-apps.com/studio/workspace/apps: And, post screenshot of error that you are getting ? We have given you the access for Alpha Platform. I can see you as a user already.
