Issue with Reela & Alpha Platforms and Request for BPM Credentials

My Reels and Alpha platforms are currently not working on my end. I checked with a few others—Reels seems to be working for them, but Alpha is not accessible.

Could you please look into this issue?

Additionally, I request you to kindly share the BPM credentials.

It looks like you may not be onboarded yet. Could you please check with Nashita to complete the onboarding at the earliest?

It was working last week, but it is not working today. I have completed my assignments in it.
