Guidance on Retrieving Bearer Token

I am trying to create a case instance on the Alpha Platform, but there is need of Bearer Token for authentication.

–header ‘Authorization: Bearer YOUR_BEARER_TOKEN’

How can I generate or retrieve it?

@Eldho Does everyone need to send a mail request to obtain a token ? We require this bearer token to complete our alpha assignment.
