Could you please check the Process Variables section in your bpm flow using the piid and identify where the flow is stopping? Also, let us know if there are any error messages being displayed at that point.
I can see that the case is being created successfully now. Are you still experiencing the same issue?
yes, the issue is resolved, it was mainly because of the different variables on BPM and Case-instance creation
