Before it was running. But not able to run the neutrinos Studio. i have attached the screen shot and log file

Hi @ruresh , there was an intermittent outage of login service today and we have successfully restored the service, please try to login again.

Unable to Receive Password Reset Email  
Hi all, Eldho John I’m trying to reset my password for my account associated with this email address for Neutrinos studio, but I haven’t received the password reset email despite multiple attempts. I’ve also checked my spam and junk folders just in case.  
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
