Error while uploading BPM Flow

I have downloaded the given BPM file from the alpha assignment document but it is in txt extension i converted that into zip file and still im not able to upload that file it shows this error

Upload Failed!Invalid file: File have missing process details

what to do ?

Hello @Aswin ,
If you are unable to change the .txt file to .zip, please follow these steps:

Go to your Downloads folder and click on View.
Select Show and enable File name extensions.

Once enabled, you will be able to rename the .txt file to .zip.
Then you can import successfully
