After approving it is causing an error on General policy wording,

It is on Process Instance: 16524 on Business Central for sandbox .

There are two human intervention task after both it stops on general Policy .

anything more needed ?

It looks like the generate pdf API is expecting authenticated request but, is receiving unauthenticated request. Can you check the logs of the the generate pdf API and also, are are generating client token when sending this request from BPM?
