can i receive user inputs from creating a global page in alpha ?

Global pages are reusable across multiple areas, while task pages are specific to a particular task and can only be used there.
Regarding your question, could you please elaborate a bit more? Are you referring to the Case Manager?

If you are referring to a user input which provided in different global/task page, you can assign it to co object using set method and retrieve it using get method on another global page.
