# Dialog open on custom code

Hi team,

I am trying to open the dialog on custom code,using this code snippet:  
const pages = await ap.pages.get();  
console.log(pages)  
const newPage = pages.find((el)=\> [el.name](http://el.name/) == ‘Page name’);  
ap.dialog.open({  
page: newPage,  
height:‘50’,  
width: ‘50’,  
header: ‘Title’  
})

But “pages” always brings back an empty array. Even though i have the dialog page created. Any solution around this?

**Hi Oboikanyego,**

There is an issue with `await ap.pages.get()` has already been addressed by our platform team. A new build will be provided to incorporate this fix. In the meantime, please use `ap.pages.getPagesList()` as an alternative.

Hi @Irfan_Ali,

When using ap.pages.getPagesList() to access pages, we getting pages that are added on the menu only.  
We tried await ap.pages.get() and this gives us an empty array.  
Was the new build provided ??

Hi team,

Any updates on this.  
We are trying to navigate a user.  
When navigating on triggers it only shows Inquiry and Inbox.  
Getting pages using ap.pages.getPagesList() still gives us and empty array globally.

Could anyone please assist us on this.
