Can't get access to other tabs or functionalites in Reels platform after login

Hi team, could I please get some assistance? I am currently able to log in but can only access the Dashboard. I am unable to access the Reels tab, Rule Management, Workflows, and Master Data.

Is certification required to access the platform’s functionalities?

I can log in to the Reels platform and only access the Dashboard. When I click on other icons, such as Rule Management, Workflows, or Master Data, the page does not load, as shown in the picture.

I have checked, and the issue is no longer present. Everything is working fine now.
