Hi everyone,

In my **Alpha training** , I need to display the **case details**.

Currently, I’m triggering the **Case Service** and handling the result via **custom code** , but I’m **not able to access the `CO` object** in this approach.

Is this the correct/best way to display case details? Or is there a more recommended or efficient method?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated — thank you!

@Sam Not for decision-taking, I am triggering it for showing customer details like personal information and policy details.

Hello @aniket ,
If you want tHE case data in the Case object, you can use value binding within the Case Object (CO). This will allow you to view the values directly in the CO.
