Arabic Characters Showing as Question Marks in Excel Upload

We are facing an issue where Arabic text entered in the Excel upload file is not preserved correctly after processing. When the file is uploaded, the Arabic characters are converted into question marks (???).

@Ajith The excel you shared also contains the questions marks. Please share excel with arabic characters in column.

Hi @Rocky , thank you for your support on this. The issue occurs when we try to upload a CSV file with Arabic text. The issue is resolved when we upload an Excel file instead.
