Alpha Studio works fine for me, but Workbench is not working. I see only a blank page when I open it.
Am I missing any additional permissions?

I have checked the sandbox, and there are no issues at the moment. Please ask him to restart the sandbox and try again. If the issue still persists, kindly request him to share a screenshot of the console or network tab showing any errors that occur.

@Sam when I click Workbench it opens: Alpha Workbench
Studio throws similar error, but after refresh blank page disappears. This only happens when I visit and click the link in the sandbox panel.

Issue resolved, project id was incorrect
