# Alpha regex number validation issue

Hi team,

I’ve configured a field with the following regex pattern:

`^\d+$`

However, I’m encountering an issue where the field still shows a validation error even when I enter a valid number. Please refer to the attached screenshots for reference.

Could you kindly help me understand what might be causing this issue or suggest any corrections needed?

Hi @Ziyad

Please try ensuring that the is no space before and after your number.  
Then click outside the input, let me know if you still getting the error.

I’ve ensured that there are no spaces before or after the number, but I’m still encountering the same issue.

Can you please just add ^\d+$ without / at the beginning and at the end
