We’re excited to announce the Winter Wrap LTS Release of the Alpha Platform! This release brings several powerful new features, significant performance enhancements, support-request resolutions, and the latest Helm chart updates for deployment.

:small_blue_diamond: Admin Filters (Custom List)

Admin can now create global filters that appear directly in user inboxes, with visibility controlled by:

  • Specific usernames
  • Specific user groups

Feature Capabilities:

  • Create, edit, and delete global admin filters
  • Configure visibility per user/user group
  • Translation support for filter labels
  • Fully managed from the Admin Portal

Feature Flag Required: Enable via ADMIN_FILTERS flag.

Note: Please ensure default language translations are added for all new labels to avoid fallback/missing text in UI.

:rocket: Inbox Projection Query (Performance Optimization)

Inbox performance has been greatly improved using a new projection-based query system.

Highlights:

  • Fetches only configured column keys
  • Auto-includes keys used in custom code hooks (onInit, afterViewInit)
  • Reduces payload size and improves page responsiveness

[!CAUTION]
Breaking Change: Any custom code referencing case keys not configured as columns must be updated. Add all required keys to inbox column configuration.

Feature Flag Required: Enable via INBOX_PROJECTION flag.

All active inbox filters are now preserved in the browser URL.

Benefits:

  • Auto-restore filters on page refresh
  • Filters persist when navigating into a case and returning home
  • Shareable inbox URLs to another user with applied filters

  • NPFRBT-761 – Optimized development build performance by removing empty CSS rules, reducing stylesheet size and improving load responsiveness.

  • NPFRBT-771 – Fixed an issue where the date object was not passed correctly after clearing validation, ensuring consistent data handling in forms.

  • NPFRBT-662 – Added admin-level controls to show or hide filters for specific users or user groups, enabling more granular filter visibility management.

  • NPFRBT-248 – Resolved an issue where hidden required fields were still being validated. Hidden fields are now excluded from mandatory validation checks.

  • NPFRBT-76 – studio - Corrected visual misalignment issues when long-named filters were selected as default filters.

  • APS-3094 – Empty CSS rules removed during builds, reducing stylesheet size and improving performance.

:bug: Bug Fixes

Multiple improvements and bug fixes across Inbox, Filters, Group Task, DatePicker, Studio, Case Manager UI, and backend services.

Inbox & Filters

  • APS-3198: Default filters are not applied; saved filters override the default filter selection.

  • APS-3193: Image is displayed in the dropdown while searching saved list items in Inbox List.

  • APS-3184: Inbox List dropdown “Set as default” UI is misplaced and shown inconsistently.

  • APS-3159: Default label is not displayed when filter is set as default filter.

  • APS-3150: Custom List names are globally unique across projects – unable to create filter with same name in different project.

  • APS-3140: Success Snack bar message on set default filter.

Group Task & Team Task

  • APS-3205: Team Task – Incorrect counts displayed in pagination.

  • APS-3202: GroupTask – Newly created case appears at the bottom instead of the top.

  • APS-3117: GroupTask – Filters not working for Group task.

  • APS-1769: Team Task – Manager unable to view reportees’ tasks in Team Task page.

  • APS-1433: Team Task – Reportees’ task is not visible.

DatePicker & Form Components

  • APS-3114: Dropdown – Mandatory error message displayed twice.

  • APS-3113: Datepicker – Mandatory field validation is not working for dependency.

  • APS-3112: DatePicker – Mandatory validation does not work when “Allow Input” is enabled.

  • APS-3111: Datepicker – Error message displayed when selecting valid dates in specific formats.

  • APS-3108: DatePicker UI – Calendar popup overlaps with right-side configuration panel.

  • APS-3106: Checkbox – Checkmark direction is not flipped for Arabic (RTL) language.

Studio & Configuration

  • APS-3206: Studio – Overflow of mapping path selection dropdown in filters configuration.

  • APS-3054: Dynamic Input – Unable to open the attribute window for disabled Dynamic input field.

  • APS-2705: Import project failed – Sidenav and dashboard not configured.

  • APS-2421: Studio (Enquiry, Admin, Inbox tasks) – Removed the column caseData.cidid.

Case Manager UI

  • APS-3008: Headers UI Issue – Inbox table overlaps the configured Header (header bar/dropdown), obscuring header content and clicks.

  • APS-2791: MyTask UI Issue – When a customized filter is set as the default filter, the alignment of the filter label in the Inbox List appears misaligned compared to other filters.

  • APS-3194: Inbox UI Issue – Language Translation – Language translations not getting applied.

Other Fixes

  • APS-3187: Signals – Fetch All API response contains whole CO data.

  • APS-3167: Improved error handling for group creation without using bearer token.

  • APS-3009: App Config – Missing mouse-over help for “Add user groups” explaining its effect on Admin bulk reassignment.

  • APS-2925: Proper error message not displayed for Delegation Failure.

  • APS-2829: Audit missing for user comments on reassignment in Case Service.

  • APS-2123: Enquiry/Inbox/Admin – Row count resets to default on language switch.

All services now support standardized feature toggles:

ADMIN_FILTERS Activates admin-created filters visible globally.
